Modern and contemporary art institution with a large collection of cubist, surrealist, and neo-figurative works by artists of the caliber of Picasso, Dalí, and Bacon. The museum was founded in 1990 with the aim of creating a center of contemporary art in Spain with international reach. Today it offers a space for past and contemporary artists to exhibit their art in a multitude of media, from painting and sculpture to film and performance.
