In an eclectic and diverse world, there are two eternal traditions, two traditions that are passed down from generation to generation: cooking and the art of hosting.

Traditions that have contributed to the “Art de vivre” and the maintenance of peace and coexistence since time immemorial. We must therefore maintain them as fundamental pillars of the well-being of society, preserving and continually renewing them.

As Relais & Châteaux, we are artisans of hospitality and catering, heirs to the cultural history of hospitality and world cuisines, and we choose to remain faithful to our mission: to preserve and transmit the wonderful particularities of each cuisine, and to remember every day, through our know-how, that humanity always expresses and reinvents itself by sharing beauty and quality.
